All packages are flexible and can be customized to meet your needs. Support can be adjusted or expanded as we go, depending on how things unfold. Payment plans are available — and encouraged — to help make care more accessible.

A minimum $140 deposit is required to secure bookings, and all shifts must be paid in advance. We’ll always talk things through together so expectations feel clear and aligned with what you’re looking for.

Whether you’re looking for photo coverage, deeper preparation, or continued care beyond what’s included, these optional add-ons offer more flexibility and support as your needs evolve.

  • Families typically add 1–3 postpartum doula shifts per week through the early months, with support often continuing until 3–6 months postpartum, depending on need.

    My rate is $35/hour, with flexible day and night options. Day shifts are 4-10 hours and night shifts are 8-12 hours.

    Postpartum shifts are billed on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.

  • Additional prenatal visits are available for clients who want more time and space for questions, in-person support, or deeper education.

    Some families use these sessions to review “homework” together, talk through specific concerns, or focus on a particular topic that deserves more attention than a brief check-in allows.

    Price: $120 per 2-hour prenatal

  • Photos of your perinatal journey are super helpful for memory processing and emotional integration, so casual phone photos are always included in my offerings. But as a documentary photographer, I also have a bunch of special photo offerings available to my doula clients.

    My favourite offering documents our time together during your pregnancy, labor + birth, the first few hours Earthside, and the fourth trimester. And I often continue to work with families as their photographer once they graduate from doula support.
